Refund Policy
Engoulp provides digital license keys for desktop software. Due to the nature of digital goods, license keys are non-refundable once they have been generated or viewed by the purchaser.

99% of issues are related to setup. Please contact support before requesting a refund.
Exceptions
Refunds are only eligible if the license key has not been activated (bound to a Hardware ID) and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
Faulty Keys
Once a license key is activated on a device or 24 hours have passed since the transaction, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
