The legal framework for using Engoulp AI.

Service & License

Upon purchase, we issue a limited, non-transferable license to use the software. Each key is bound to a Hardware ID (HWID) and cannot be moved to another device.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through our provider. Please review our Refund Policy for details on non-refundable digital keys once they have been generated.

Liability & Law

Engoulp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Engoulp's place of business.
